I tend to get cravings for certain foods and then eat them for days (sometimes weeks) at a time.
My current craving is Bananas.
I have been enjoying them for breakfast.
Above is an open sandwich of honey whole wheat bread (toasted) with crunchy peanut butter (yummy) and a banana. To accompany my delicious breakfast I have a glass of milk.
