I recommend this book as a easy read. I finished it in 3 days. It was fast paced enough that it made my commute breeze by. It's about a girl that finally lands her dream job on Wall Street and realizes that it is much harder than she ever imagined. It a good story that leaves you off with what seems like a great point to have a sequel. 

I recommend this book just for the hilarious pranks that the co-workers play on each other. 

Small Spoiler: Would you eat one of everything in a vending machine for $28,000?

I decided to try some new products based on other reviews that I have seen: 

New Product: Pixi Endless Silky Eye Pen

Black

 I am really liking this liner. It goes on very, very smoothly. The black is very black. 

Reminds me of kohl eye liners. I would and am recommending that you try this eye liner. 

New Product: Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm

Fresh Plum

I had higher hopes for this product. I had heard great things about it but it just didn't live up to its hype. Its a good lip balm but not a great lip balm. It is slightly tinted and feels good on the lips but I have tried other lip balms that have felt better. 

New Product: Maybelline The Falsies Volum'Express Mascara

Very Black

Haven't tried it yet, but will let you know once I do. 

I have high hopes mascara, don't let me down.

Products that I have tried and could not wait to buy again:

Repurchased Product: Sonia Kashuk Blush Brush

I adore this blush brush which is thich and soft. I use this for blush, bronzer, and/or powder.

It is a good size that's not too small nor too big.

Repurchased Product: Almay Get Up & Grow Mascara

Blackest Black

This is by far my favorite mascara at the moment. The brush is huge and fuzzy. The bristles are able to get every little lash and separate them. I can build the mascara up with a few coats. This formula is not wet which is my preference and that is why I adore this mascara. 

I have also made my Mom a convert to this mascara.

This week I decided to finally make a coupon binder. I have been enjoying using coupons to save a bit of money. I stopped by Staples and was excited to finally check out the Martha Stewart Collection for Staples. 

I am loving this red mini binder. Its bright and feels as if it is leather bound.

 A very luxurious way to keep coupons. 

I bought different size pockets because coupons come in different shapes and sizes. I tabbed the sections off for Beauty, Food, and Fashion. 

I am excited to keep this in my car for my shopping trip.

I decided to try a new color. This is a lovely sea-foam green.

 It is very muted and creamy.

Irina Likes - Look Bag (June) -

The Look Bag is a monthly subscription service where I get 4-5 samples of new beauty products to try out. If I like any of these products I can buy them from the lookstore.com and get 20% off. 

I started this subscription a few months back. 

Here is my June Bag:

I like that the bag is reusable. I use these bags for travel or to store jewelry.

The card explains the products a bit. What I don't like is that it doesn't have the price listing of the full sized product and it doesn't let me know how big the full sized product is. 

The funny thing about this product is that my card says I am getting a night cream and instead I have a day cream.  

I am excited to try out these products and let you know my thoughts.

Entwined

This was my choice for my most recent vacation/plane read. Thankfully I had the book in paperback so that it did break my back carrying it around.

This book is based on the story of the twelve dancing princesses, I only found this out after I had finished the entire book. Ops! The story was much darker then I thought it was going to be but overall I found the book to be a great read. This is a young adult book and the romances in the book are sweet and innocent. 


I found the names of the twelve princesses to be a great play on the classic story. Each princess is named after a flower and in alphabetical order. It started with Azalea and stopped with Lily.

Let me put it out there: I love COWS. 

Many years ago I bought my mother a cow magnet for her fridge and ever since then everyone likes to give my mother and I cow shaped/cow patterned items for the house.


Today I was browsing Home Goods and I saw a cow patterened sippy cup. Of course I had to buy it.


After I cleaned my new cow sippy cup I felt that the first liquid to go inside should be:

Target Beauty Bag

A few months ago I found a post on a blog about a new free Target Beauty Bag. The only instructions were to "like" the Target fan page on Facebook during this promotion and to fill out my mailing address. 

I completely forgot about this bag because like any other Target promotion, it only runs until supplies last.

Surprise.... I got my bag in the mail a few days ago. I wasn't expecting one so this made my day.


Above you can see the bag. Its a cute turquoise blue color which is great for the summer. I plan to use this bag as my make-up bag in my purse.

My favorite kind of song is the one that I can listen to while getting ready. Whether it is early in the morning and I need something upbeat to start my day or late in the evening while getting ready to go out at night. 

Thursday seems like a great day to have a song of the week that way its a new song to listen to for the upcoming weekend.
