Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins
I decided to try a new muffin recipe. The recipe was easy to follow and read well.
Verdict:
The Good: The muffins look fantastic and smell divine.
The Bad: They don't taste anywhere near how great they smell. The batter is too thick so it came out more like a blueberry cream cheese bread and they were not moist.
I will not be making these again and I do not like the recipe so I won't be posting it.
Have you made something that did not turn out well?
I tried making baked spinach chips last night.. it was a fail :(
